Fiduciary, first.
Discretion, prudence, and an unbroken duty of care to the family enterprise are the firm's organising principles.
— 01 / The Firm
Finnegan Capital LLC is a Wyoming Series LLC organised as the parent vehicle of a private family enterprise. The firm administers internal structures within the enterprise and its affiliated group — and offers no services to the public.
— Charter
A private vehicle operating under a deliberately narrow mandate: to preserve, deploy, and account for capital within the family enterprise and its affiliated group, across time.
Finnegan Capital LLC is organised as a Wyoming Series LLC. The Series chassis lets the family enterprise hold each internal structure inside its own protected cell — separate books, separate banking where appropriate, separate counsel of record — while preserving a single fiduciary at the parent. The result is precision without sprawl, and continuity across decades rather than quarters.
The firm acts as Trustee of the family enterprise's South Dakota Domestic Business Trust (registered under SDCL Chapter 47-14A) and as the governing parent of its Series LLC architecture. Around that core sits the discipline that long-horizon stewardship requires — instrument administration, internal reporting, custody and counterparty coordination, and the document management on which the structure depends.
The firm is not a chartered trust company under SDCL Chapter 51A-6A, is not a registered investment adviser, and is not a broker-dealer. It does not solicit, accept, or service business from any person or entity outside its own affiliated group. There are no clients, no customers, and no outside investors.
Discretion, prudence, and an unbroken duty of care to the family enterprise are the firm's organising principles.
The Series LLC framework enforces clean asset segregation, clean books, and clean wind-downs.
Outcomes are measured in decades. Capital is held where time, not noise, compounds value.
The structure, its affiliates, and its counterparties are administered with deliberate confidentiality.
