Origin
Finnegan Capital LLC is organised as a Wyoming Series LLC, with Liam Finnegan LLC (a New Mexico LLC) serving as its operating Manager. The Series chassis is adopted so that distinct internal structures within the family enterprise can be held in protected cells with separate books, banking, and counsel.
Structure
The Westmere Heritage Trust is registered in South Dakota as a Domestic Business Trust under SDCL Chapter 47-14A, with Finnegan Capital LLC as Trustee. The South Dakota Division of Banking issues its written approval of the use of "Trust" in the name; the SD Secretary of State issues the Certificate of Trust (Business ID DT313449).
Discipline
The per-Series discipline that defines the firm — separate books, separate bank accounts, separate counsel of record, written charter for each cell — is established as the operating standard for every internal structure within the family enterprise.
Today
Finnegan Capital LLC is administered from two offices: Sheridan, Wyoming (parent governance and registered office) and Watertown, South Dakota (trust operations). The firm does not solicit business, does not service outside clients, and does not maintain a public footprint beyond these two locations.
